Have you heard of photo walks? I hadn’t really until recently I was browsing YouTube and learned that people will meet up in groups and go on photo walks together. This is also something that photographers often do solo. I mean, I knew people walk around and take photos, but I hadn’t called it a “photo walk” specifically. Anyway, I’ve started doing “photo rides” on my bike which combines two of my favorite hobbies – casually riding my bike around town and taking photos. This is a photo I took today. I was actually on a bridge suspended by cables over the river and the whole thing was bouncing when I was trying to take the picture, so I’m just happy it’s mostly in focus.
Do you ever take intentional photo walks? I want to try and incorporate that more in my life moving forward. It would be SO neat to try it with a group but I’m not sure I live in a big enough town to organize such a thing. Ha!
